Quite honestly it [The New Patient Course] is probably worth 100 times what it cost. It was taking very simple things and applying them and it gives you certainty in terms of growth of the company. I think a lot of PTs are like I am, like in the past I knew I was busy, knew I was overwhelmed I wanted to hire somebody but you're always afraid what if I hire somebody but then I don’t have any work for them? So you don’t hire them and you stay overwhelmed and the New Patient Course definitely solved that problem you. You know its -- we're actually on the opposite side we're constantly looking for more therapists and that’s really a variable for our growth as we bring staff in our company grows.
