At that time [beore the New Patient Course], we had a couple of new employees, but things were just getting more stressful and more stressful and I thought ‘if I just had more patients that would solve everything’. I felt that something had to be done and I wanted to learn something new, so one day I called Measurable Solutions and did The New Patient Course. That was in November 2004.
By January 2005 we doubled our patient visits. We went from about 75 visits a week to 165! We got new patients and we also got a lot of old patients back. We actually doubled in just a couple of months!
The truth is, I wasn’t sure at first that The New Patient Course was the right thing to do. That was a leap of faith, but we found that it completely made sense and the implementation was simple.
